Our neighbours are well and truly in the Christmas spirit after our Christmas party at the Boxmoor Trust Centre.
Thirty neighbours attended for a lovely afternoon of activities with a Christmas quiz, music, and delicious homemade food made by our volunteers including fresh mince pies, trifles and lemon possets!
Our volunteers had also been very busy knitting Christmas gifts for each of our neighbours to take home - either a knitted Christmas pudding or Christmas tree, with a chocolate treat inside.
Thank you to the Boxmoor Village Store who very kindly donated 10 Christmas gift items to Boxmoor Good Neighbours and we chose the 10 neighbours to receive these randomly from a hat at the party.
Spencer Bunce, the founder of Boxmoor Good Neighbours also attended to wish neighbours and volunteers a merry Christmas.
